-Obtiene el aval del Congreso del Estado y también evita aumento en tarifas de acceso a unidad deportiva El Chamizal

La diputada Noemí Ramírez logró suprimir el pago de 5 pesos con 78 centavos por concepto del pago de pensión de bicicletas en las unidades deportivas El Chamizal, Poniente y Lázaro Cárdenas, contemplado en la Ley de Ingresos del Municipio de Zamora. También pudo obtener el aval el Congreso del Estado para evitar el incremento de cuotas por acceso a la Unidad Deportiva El Chamizal y al gimnasio que tiene el espacio recreativo.
La propuesta original de la Ley de Ingresos del Ayuntamiento de Zamora consideraba un aumento de 3 a 3.24 pesos por acceso a la Unidad Deportiva El Chamizal y de 4 a 4.32 pesos por el ingreso al gimnasio, a lo cual la legisladora local se opuso al ser conocedora de la situación económica de las familias del municipio y la región que usan estas áreas.
En la propuesta avalada por los legisladores quedó definido que el costo a la Unidad Deportiva El Chamizal quedará en 3 pesos y de 4 pesos al gimnasio, al no encontrarse argumentos sólidos para hacer el aumento de esos centavos en la tarifa y con ello descartar cualquier posibilidad de redondearlas hasta 3 pesos con 50 centavos y 4 pesos con 50 centavos, respectivamente.
Lo anterior se desprendió de la Sesión de Pleno efectuada el día de ayer, en la Septuagésima Tercera Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, donde fue aprobada por unanimidad la Ley de Ingresos del Municipio de Zamora, Michoacán, para el Ejercicio Fiscal del año 2016, con las modificaciones e iniciativas correspondientes presentadas por la diputada local de este distrito.
“Rechazo el incremento y solicito que se mantengan los costos en los espacios deportivos porque así es como reafirmo mi compromiso de trabajo con la gestión ambiental , el desarrollo sustentable y la práctica del deporte, al ser integrante del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Verde Ecologista de México (PVEM)”, subrayó.
Consideró que con la presentación de estas iniciativas se promueve el derecho de libre acceso de los zamoranos a los espacios de recreación familiar y se cuida de la economía de los deportistas, jóvenes, niñas, niños y familias del distrito de Zamora que orgullosamente representa en la curul estatal.
“Los zamoranos y los michoacanos pueden tener la seguridad de que continuaremos con el trabajo en políticas públicas que cuiden de la salud, la activación física y la práctica del deporte, así que vendrán más acciones que puedan beneficiarlos en la mejora integral y la recomposición de su tejido social”, finalizó.
