Toda vez que las fronteras para importación de autos están cerradas, organizaciones campesinas alertan sobre defraudadores que operan en diversos estados del País en los que han defraudado a cientos de personas.
Esto fue señalado por Jesús González Ayala, presidente de la Unión Campesina Democrática de Michoacán AC quien señaló enfático que de momento ninguna organización puede realizar trámites de regularización de vehículos.
Lo anterior derivado de que en esta región ha comenzado a operar un grupo de personas que ofrece legalizar los vehículos de procedencia extranjera a domicilio, esto es, el propietario del vehículo sólo tiene que realizar el pago de los trámites y esperar la entrega de su vehículo ya nacionalizado.
“Estas personas están arriesgando a los propietarios de los vehículos porque les están dando documentos federales falsos y es un asunto muy arriesgado” González Ayala señaló que la portación de este tipo de documentación apócrifa puede acarrear sanciones privativas de la libertad para los propietarios de los vehículos así como de multas económicas que podrían superar los 300 mil pesos.
Destacó que ya en estados el norte del país la policía fiscal ha realizado decomisos de vehículos que estaban “legalizados” por estos grupos que operan al margen de la ley en detrimento de las finanzas públicas y de la economía de los propietarios de los vehículos.
Señaló que recientemente se detectó en esta región la operación de varias personas que recorren las localidades ofreciendo hacer trámites de legalización de vehículos sobre todos en las comunidades de alto grado de migración en las que es común que la mayoría de las familias cuente con un vehículo de importación.
