-Administración entrante deben pensar en incentivar a instituciones a mudarse a orillas de la ciudad

El regreso de miles de alumnos a las aulas ocasionó nuevamente caos vial en el centro de la ciudad, debido a que en esquinas como Hidalgo y Colón, Guerrero y Madero y en otros puntos de esas arterias se originaron embotellamientos por el ascenso y descenso de niños en los planteles educativos, lo cual provocó filas importantes de vehículos.
Otro conflicto ocasionado por el regreso a clases fue que calles como Hidalgo y en Colón también se ocasionará la doble y triple fila en algunos casos, debido a que no todos colaboran con las disposiciones para poder mantener el orden en la entrada y salida de las escuelas.
Al respecto, Jorge Zalpa Morales, regidor de vialidad, consideró que la administración entrante debe pensar en incentivar a las instituciones que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad para motivar a las instituciones a que cambien las sedes de los planteles educativos fuera del centro de la ciudad para contrarrestar ese tipo de afectaciones.
“La realidad es que es insuficiente la infraestructura vial del centro para albergar a miles de vehículos en días que son ordinarios para el trabajo u otras actividades. La prueba está en que durante horas pico se generan largas filas que ocasionan una situación complicada para quienes desean llegar a tiempo a una actividad o destino”, subrayó.
Indicó que no debe culparse totalmente a los propietarios de los planteles educativos de la situación que prevalece en el centro de la ciudad, ya que hay escuelas que tienen más de 20 años en funciones en el centro y les ha tocado ser afectadas por el crecimiento del parque vehicular en la localidad.
“En esta administración procuramos no engrandecer el problema del tráfico vehicular; al contrario buscamos revertir la situación por medio de capacitación a padres de familia, directivos y los alumnos para que nos ayuden a resolver el problema”, aseguró.
Agregó que la Educación Vial ha dado resultados en algunos planteles educativos porque hay padres de familia que participan para poder llevar a cabo la organización de la circulación en los accesos a las escuelas para no afectar a terceros; sin embargo, consideró que el esfuerzo no es suficiente para poder resolver la situación de tráfico en el centro.
