-Organismo permitirá regular y orientar crecimiento de la mancha urbana

A partir del año entrante, Zamora ya tendrá establecido el Instituto Municipal de Planeación (IMPLAN) para regular y orientar el crecimiento de la mancha urbana de la localidad y que este tipo de decisiones no queden al arbitrio de una autoridad municipal o al beneficio de alguna persona.
Así lo dio a conocer Francisco Avalos Bolaños, director de planeación, desarrollo urbano y medio ambiente, quien comentó que nunca se le dio carpetazo a este proyecto y para hacerlo trabajan en la gestión de recursos para que se pueda llevar a cabo la conformación del organismo.
Mencionó que para la integración se considera que participen profesionistas que realmente tengan amplio conocimiento sobre la parte del desarrollo urbano del municipio, pero también representantes de la sociedad que puedan hacer aportaciones importantes y que los proyectos locales queden plenamente sustentados.
“Esta parte será importante porque todo proyecto estará basado en la sustentabilidad como una de las características de la arquitectura moderna, de esa forma, por ejemplo, cada uno de los proyectos contemple espacios con mayor ventilación y que se adapten a las condiciones climatológicas de la actualidad, ya que es una realidad que la temperatura ha aumentado hasta 2 grados en Zamora en los últimos años”, dijo.
Concluyó que además se tendrá que trabajar en una agenda bien definida para establecer el crecimiento de la mancha urbana y además toda decisión se tomará de manera consensuada y colegiada antes de decidir el rumbo del crecimiento de la urbanización que se considera debe ser por medio de la consolidación de los lunares (tierras de cultivo) que se encuentran rodeados de planchas de cemento.
