-Exigen a alcalde haga trámites para poner a funcionar el sistema de agua potable

“Ante esta cerrazón, seguiremos en plantón”; “si hubiera solución, no habría manifestación”; con este clamor se manifestaron al unísono habitantes de la colonia Antorcha Campesina en las afueras de las instalaciones de la presidencia municipal, luego de que a medio día de ayer bloquearon la calle Morelos-Madero, arteria principal de esta ciudad, para exigir al presidente Martin Arredondo Delgado la realización de un trámite y de esa manera puedan hacer el contrato de luz para poner a funcionar el sistema de agua potable en la colonia.
Leticia Arroyo Vilchis, dirigente de Antorcha Campesina en la región, señaló “se trata de una obra que desde hace 5 años ha gestionado el movimiento antorcha campesina a nivel estatal y nacional ante la Comisión Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) para poder dotar de agua a los habitantes.
“El proyecto ya cristalizado consistió desde la perforación de un pozo, equipamiento del mismo, línea de conducción, construcción del depósito, red de distribución y las tomas domiciliarias y ahora lamentablemente estamos atorados porque el presidente municipal se niega a presentar una solicitud ante CONAGUA para que esta a su vez nos expida los permisos necesarios para que la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) nos autorice el contrato de luz y poner a funcionar el sistema”, detalló.
La obra tuvo una inversión de 4 millones de pesos, de los cuales el ayuntamiento no aporto nada “no obstante nos niegan la firma en este expediente ante CONAGUA. Por ello nos estamos manifestando, ojala y esto sensibilice al presidente”.
Indicó que el edil no los ha atendido personalmente, pese a que dijo que ya son reiteradas ocasiones las que han acudido a la presidencia, “nos ha atendido el titular del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Jacona (SAPAJ) que en la última semana que lo vimos nos dijo: el presidente no les va a firmar. Ya tenemos varios meses haciendo esta solicitud y lamentablemente no hemos tenido una respuesta favorable, y no nos dan un motivo”.
Señaló que por esta situación se ven afectadas 120 familias de la colonia citada, no obstante es un asentamiento que tiene una proyección de alrededor de 600 familias.
Subrayó que los habitantes de la colonia Antorcha están conscientes que el gasto de energía corre a cuenta de los vecinos “nuestra petición es muy clara y no estamos pidiendo nada más que su firma para que pueda comenzar a funcionar el sistema de agua”.
Finalmente dijo que de continuar sin recibir respuesta alguna por parte de Arredondo Delgado, tomarán las medidas que sean necesarias para presionar al ayuntamiento a que dé solución a sus demandas.
