La dirección de Ecología, Medio Ambiente y Cambio Climático llevó a cabo la capacitación del programa “Escuela Limpia, Municipio Limpio” a los alumnos de las escuelas Lázaro Cárdenas de ambos turnos, y Renovación del turno matutino.
Con la finalidad de que los niños tengan el conocimiento sobre la separación correcta de residuos y el beneficio que se tiene al realizar estas actividades, previniendo que la basura llegue a los ríos, canales del municipio, además evitamos olores desagradables que se generan ante la descomposición de estos residuos y que pueden ser dañinos para la salud de la sociedad.
Cabe mencionar que se les entrego una estación de separación de basura para que los niños empiecen a formarse ante la educación ambiental, sabiendo la importancia y función que tiene esta estación.
