Tigres Sahuayo se negó rotundamente a ceder el cetro en bandeja de plata a Spartacus Guanajuato. Ciertamente necesitó de un gran esfuerzo en el segundo juego para ganar 117-109 y empatar la serie final a uno por bando, pero los sahuayenses saben que con su capacidad y talento, en el tercer y definitivo encuentro, tienen posibilidades de salir victoriosos y con la corona ceñida.
El domingo se realizó el segundo juego del Circuito de Basquetbol del Bajío 2015, en la cancha “José Luis Sánchez” de Sahuayo; asimismo, el tercer episodio se celebrará en tierras guanajutenses el próximo sábado 26 de septiembre, en la Unidad Deportiva “Torres Landa”, de Guanajuato capital.
En esta ocasión Tigres Sahuayo contó con Duff Jones, quien aportó 54 puntos al triunfo; por su parte, Mino Ruiz colaboró con 31 unidades para Spartacus Guanajuato; haciendo acreedores a ambos jugadores del señalamiento como los mejores anotadores del juego.
A Tigres Sahuayo le costó bastante trabajo salir del inframundo, debido a que Spartacus al sentirse presionado por ser visitante luchó hasta el cansancio, pero Sahuayo tomó ventaja desde el arranque del partido y aunque con poca diferencia, pero suficientemente significativa para soñar en el triunfo, los sahuayenses se adueñaron de los dos primeros cuartos 29-22 y 34-28 respectivamente.
Al iniciar la segunda mitad del partido, Sahuayo se encontraba arriba en la pizarra con diez dígitos de diferencia 60-50 y conforme transcurrió el tercer periodo, obligaron a Spartacus a aplicarse mucho más en el terreno de juego, ganando este por 33-26, pero aún estaban a poca distancia de Spartacus con tres puntos por encima, 86-83.
El desenlace del último llamado fue espectacular, ambos aspirantes al título se entregaron como nunca al partido; sin embargo, después de compartir la variable puntuación de ese lapso, Spartacus logró 26 unidades por 31 de Tigres, sumando 109 que les fueron insuficientes para vencer a Sahuayo que englobó 117 en total.
