Sin concretarse recursos para la rehabilitación de puente en zona agrícola, autoridades comunales aseguran no poder recabar los recursos que les corresponde aportar del orden de los 250 mil pesos.
En entrevistas por separado tanto Gloria Gómez, jefe de tenencia en Totolán como Roberto Sánchez Villanueva, presidente del módulo de riego La Palma AC coincidieron en que el recurso presupuestado para la rehabilitación del puente que conecta a la tenencia con la zona ejidal es del orden del millón de pesos de los cuales la Comisión Nacional del Agua ofreció aportar el 75 por ciento y el costo restante tendría que ser asumido por los integrantes de este núcleo agrícola.
La importancia de este puente, de acuerdo a la jefa de tenencia Gómez Guerra, radica en que es el punto por el cual se trasladas insumos de cultivos así como trabajadores agrícolas y el actual estado de la edificación constituye ya un riesgo para los jornaleros que son transportados diariamente a través de este puente.
Respecto a la posibilidad de que los ejidatarios logren recaudar el dinero, señaló que, de manera personal, el legislador Salvador Romero ofertó la entrega de 50 mil pero el resto no alcanza a ser cubierto por los productores debido a que en el ejido apenas son dos centenares de integrantes de este núcleo agrario: “Y no todos tienen la posibilidad de deshacerse de mil pesos para esta obra”.
Por su parte, Roberto Sánchez Villanueva aseguró que en este valle que conecta los ejidos de Totolán, Jiquilpan, Cotijarán, Francisco Sarabia y Emiliano Zapata existen al menos 200 productores de mediano y gran calado a quienes se tendrá que visitar para solicitar su apoyo ya que para estos agricultores de cultivos de alto rendimiento el puente resulta indispensable ya que a través de él se generan ahorros en combustibles y tiempos de traslado tanto de sus productos como de sus trabajadores.
