Haciendo caso a las quejas de la ciudadanía, la Administración de Rentas del Estado volvió a habilitar la caja de cobro que había retirado del Registro Civil, con lo que se espera agilizar los trámites que se realizan ante dicha dependencia, como la solicitud de actas.
“Los documentos se otorgan en un promedio de 5 minutos y finalmente el interés no era otro más que el beneficio de la población, debido a que anteriormente tenían que hacer largas filas para poder complementar los trámites que necesitaban”, informó Paula Alejandra Cruz Cuevas, oficial mayor del registro civil.
Comentó que a partir de que los trámites son efectuados con regularidad se dan garantías a las personas de que obtendrán sus documentos durante el mismo día, a diferencia de cuando acudían a pagar y por alguna razón no estaban disponibles por no tener la certeza de si estaban disponibles o no en el sistema.
Indicó que de esa manera han evitado que las personas tengan que acudir hasta en 2 ocasiones al Registro Civil para poder realizar el trámite correspondiente, de manera que hasta la fecha la medida también ha significado un ahorro económico en transporte y viáticos para las personas, ya que algunos vienen desde comunidades apartadas del municipio.
En ese tenor, aseguró que han tramitado un promedio de 200 actas de nacimiento por semana tras el ingreso a los planteles educativos por parte alumnos del nivel básico escolar, de manera que la actividad en lo referente a trámites disminuyó.
Finalmente dijo que por el momento no se han dado a conocer cambios con respecto a la operatividad de la dependencia estatal, tras el cambio de autoridades del Gobierno del Estado, por lo que mantendrán con regularidad la actividad que realizan diariamente en el centro de trabajo.
