El Registro Público de la Propiedad se ha quedado sin avances en la digitalización debido a la falta de recursos económicos en el Gobierno del Estado. Lo anterior evitará que los usuarios puedan ahorrar costos por la realización de trámites de inscripción o certificación porque únicamente se pueden hacer en Morelia.
“Es poco el tiempo para que se pueda complementar este resultado y es una situación que se encuentra fuera de nuestro alcance porque son las autoridades estatales quienes toman la decisión al respecto”, puntualizó José Luis Calvillo Banda, jefe de la oficina regional del registro público de la propiedad.
Indicó que actualmente la digitalización tiene un avance del 50 por ciento, por lo que es difícil que se hagan los trámites de algunos documentos que forzosamente tienen que solicitarse en la sede de la Dirección Estatal del Registro Público de la Propiedad.
Comentó que la falta de la digitalización provocará que las personas eroguen hasta 3 mil pesos por solicitar las certificaciones respectivas, al menos durante esta administración, pero dijo que no es un proyecto que haya quedado abortado de manera definitiva.
“El Estado tiene otras prioridades en este momento y es una situación que entendemos porque hay asuntos más prioritarios para elevar las condiciones de vida de la población, que la propia digitalización que resulta costosa”, mencionó.
Finalmente dijo que por el momento se mantienen en tercer lugar en el Estado en lo que respecta al nivel de atención para la población, debido a que se realiza un promedio de 250 trámites por semana, entre inscripciones y certificación de documentos.
