Trabajadores de la Unidad de Servicios Regionales de la Secretaría de Educación del Estado han señalado su rechazo ante lo que calificaron como una imposición por la parte sindical del nuevo director de esta unidad.
Esto luego de que previo al periodo vaccional venciera el oficio de Carlos Fonseca Piñón como director de esta unidad, la inconforrmidad pue dada a conocer a través de una carta abierta que los trabajadores de este centro han hecho circular entre la comunidad docente y la ciudadanía de esta región.
En el texto los trabajadores del Centro de Trabajo 227 señalan que desde su reingreso a las filas de la lucha sindical han sido relegados para poder participar en las promociones laborales generadas dentro del mismo centro de trabajo.
“Así como de calumnias contra compañeros sin razón alguna”, razón por la cual, señala el texto, externan su inconformidad contra la Coordinación Regional encabezada por Fernando López Partida.
De acuerdo al texto, López Partida, ante la salida de Carlos Fonseca, propuso de manera unilateral al profesor Gilberto Guerra Acosta para quedarse en el cargo, este pese a que el acuerdo con el gobierno del estado implicaba la presentación de una terna en la que se incluiría una propuesta del centro de trabajo.
Sin embargo y de acuerdo al texto avalado tanto por los trabajadores de esta oficina como por integrantes de la Dirección Colectiva Regional Democrática y de los denominados Institucionales, la intención de la Coordinación Regional de la CNTE es la de retener la jefatura de esta oficina para poder dar un sezgo a la labor de gestoría y dejar al margen a los grupos sindicales que no comparten ideologías.
En su momento, integrantes de la Dirección Colectiva Regional Democrática a través de su coordinador Felipe López reconocieron que la facultad del nombramiento del personal de confianza es exclusiva de la Secretaría de Educación pero que desde hacía tiempo que estas decisiones se consultaban con la parte sindical.
