– En el lago de Camécuaro con ponentes de calidad

Este sábado arrancó en el Parque Nacional Lago de Camécuaro el primer campamento forense de investigación criminal e investigación criminalística y sus nuevas técnicas, organizado por “Universo Científico Forense”, mismo que se extendió hasta hoy domingo, informó Héctor Rafael Trejo Mercado, presidente de Universo Científico Forense.
Participaron 8 ponentes de talla nacional, tanto locales como de diversas partes de la República Mexicana con las conferencias “Criminalística y mecánica de hechos” impartida por Juan Carlos Tercero, especialista y pionero en la “investigación criminalística y subacuática y en lugares acuosos.
Héctor Hawley Morelos, proveniente de Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua con “Investigación criminalística en feminicidios”, perito que ha estado en lugares de investigación con alta incidencia de feminicidios.
Cinthia Maday Ramírez con “Uso de las tecnologías e ingeniería”; Francisco Pérez Ayala con “investigación periodística en zonas de alto riego o impacto”; Pablo Domínguez Rosales con “técnicas y herramientas en la investigación criminalística” y Aurelio Estrada Magaña con “Taller aplicación fotografía”.
Todos los ponentes con vasta experiencia en la materia, cuyos talleres serán teóricos y prácticos; cabe mencionar que el campamento estuvo dirigido a todo público interesado, pero particularmente a estudiosos de la criminalística, derecho, psicología, trabajo social, odontología, medicina o aquellos que estén trabajando en fiscalías, policías, etc.
Los participantes en el campamento recibieron una constancia con valor curricular emitida por la secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STyPS), “en México hay una crisis forense en la investigación criminal, toda vez que existen 90 mil desaparecidos y en proceso de identificación, más de 40 mil”.
Resaltó que cada vez crecen los casos de impunidad en el país. De ahí que es importante la capacitación y actualización continua en la materia, “invito a las autoridades federales a que inyecten recurso económico a las áreas forenses, los peritos son muy importantes en las tareas de investigación, si o se apuesta a la ciencia y la capacitación, no hay investigación”.
Consideró que el reto actual de la investigación forense es una mayor coordinación entre los órganos institucionales, mayor capacitación a efecto de dar celeridad a los procesos e identificar los cuerpos, cuya identidad se desconoce.
Ricardo Pita Villamil, quien presentó la ponencia “Criminalística y mecánica de hechos”; destaco que el criminalista no debe quedarse sólo en la investigación, sino que debe de ir más allá, es decir, adentrarse en la psicología del indiciado y la víctima, “muchos nos etiquetan como profesionistas fríos, pero la realidad es que se requiere sensibilidad para esta labor, ya que constantemente estamos analizando la parte humana”.
En su turno, Juan Carlos Tercero, cuya ponencia estuvo enfocada a la búsqueda de cadáveres en ambientes subacuáticos, dijo que actualmente la criminalística en nuestro país, solamente se concreta a lo que son hallazgos en superficie, ya sea en la calle, en el campo o enterrados, “en cambio en ambientes subacuáticos no y eso que tenemos mucha agua. Por lo que es necesario capacitar en la materia ya que México tiene más de 11 mil kilómetros lineales de costa y tenemos muchos cuerpos de agua en los estados: ríos, lagunas, etc., por desgracia nunca llega a faltar el accidente o delito en estos espacios acuosos”.
