– Será el tramo Pino Suárez al Monumento a Juárez; invertirán alrededor de 7.5 mdp en la obra

A partir de la próxima semana iniciarán la segunda etapa de la ciclovía en la Avenida Juárez. Será del tramo de Pino Suárez hasta el Monumento a Juárez. Serán invertidos 7 millones 447 mil 552 pesos en la obra, la cual contempla completar el circuito que en su primera etapa inició en la calle Labastida para cruzar toda la zona del Valle.
Al respecto, Arturo Mariscal Ochoa, director de obras públicas, informó que los trabajos de la segunda etapa no ocasionarán ninguna afectación a la vialidad, con excepción para los peatones que están acostumbrados a cruzar de la acera norte a la sur y viceversa, por los actuales camellones, debido a que allí serán hechos los trabajos para transformar este punto de la ciudad.
“Precisamente, vamos a trabajar en tiempo de vacaciones de las escuelas con la finalidad de no afectar la circulación de manera importante, sobre todo en el caso de los padres de familia que llevan a sus hijos a los planteles educativos ubicados en la zona centro de la ciudad. Vamos a acelerar la obra para que antes de que inicie el próximo ciclo escolar podamos terminar”, dijo.
Finalmente, agregó que la primera etapa de los trabajos se encuentra prácticamente concluida. La empresa ya entregó los trabajos correspondientes en el tramo de Labastida a Pino Suárez. Se van a arreglar los bolardos que ya han sido dañados por la falta de precaución de algunos conductores con la finalidad de que quede funcional la parte de los cruces peatonales. En esos trabajos se invirtieron 5 millones 400 mil pesos.
En la primera parte del proyecto se colocó iluminación en la ciclovía y también al nivel de los árboles que fueron plantados; además, se hizo el trazo de la ciclopista, acompañada de bolardos para los cruces peatonales y acciones de balizamiento que ayudan a coordinar la circulación en ese punto. También colocaron rampas en las banquetas para minusválidos y cruce a nivel peatonal en el Mercado del Valle.
