El próximo 16 de Abril cierra la convocatoria del onceavo concurso de dibujo infantil “ilumina tus derechos” que organiza la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH) en cada una de sus 6 visitadurías, esta arrancó a mediados de marzo. En esta ocasión el tema a desarrollar es “La Educación es mi Derecho”.
La visitaduria en esta región de la CEDH, que comprende 34 municipios, espera por lo menos recibir mil dibujos, según informó Salvador Capilla Eduardo, visitador regional de Zamora de la CEDH.
La convocatoria va dirigida a niños de 6 a 12 años, para ello previo a las vacaciones se hizo difusión de la convocatoria en las instituciones educativas y una vez que regresen a clases se retomara la promoción en las escuelas.
Las bases son las siguientes: “los infantes deben dibujar lo que piensan en torno a su escuela, maestros, compañeros y ambiente escolar. Se entregará en una hoja tamaño carta realizado en técnica libre (crayola, plumón, lápiz de olor, vinilica, acrílico, acuarela, etc. Al reverso deberán anotar los siguientes datos: nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento, grado y grupo, domicilio y teléfono; así como el nombre de la escuela y ciudad de origen”.
En cada una de las visitadurías se llevará a cabo una premiación. Los tres primeros lugares serán elegidos por los diputados integrantes de la comisión de derechos humanos del congreso del estado; así como integrantes del consejo de la CEDH.
Los interesados de esta región deben presentar su dibujo en las instalaciones de la visitaduría ubicadas en calle Melchor Ocampo 223 colonia Centro, en esta ciudad, “a través de esta convocatoria se busca la difusión de la cultura de los derechos humanos desde la infancia”.
Comentó “la educación siempre ha tenido problemas porque el progreso va más rápido que los programas educativos. Vemos a niños que no saben leer ni escribir, pero que si saben usar una lap top, un celular o medios de comunicación que en un momento determinado interfieren en el ámbito educativo y no son bien utilizados o explotados adecuadamente como herramientas de educación, porque si bien generan progreso, lamentablemente en muchas ocasiones se distorsiona su uso”.
Agregó “en ese sentido es muy importante que la educación vaya de la mano con los avances tecnológicos. Se está atendiendo de manera lenta este tipo de situaciones, pero creemos que todos tenemos que contribuir en este tema del mejoramiento en el sistema educativo. Y a través de esta convocatoria los niños tendrán mucho que aportar”,
Cabe señalar que Capilla Eduardo recientemente asumió el cargo como visitador el pasado 19 de Marzo, tras la renuncia de su antecesor Víctor Villanueva Hernández, quien estuvo al frente durante más de tres años, pero fue el primer visitador en la región cuando se creó la CEDH, del año 2004 al 2007.
