Evitarán la colocación de propaganda política en la zona del centro de la ciudad, por lo que los partidos tendrán que abstenerse colocar pendones y carteles en los postes y además hacer acciones de perifoneo, ya que ocasionan molestias a los comerciantes y transeúntes que acuden al corazón de la ciudad.
Quienes no respeten las normas podrían ser sancionados, ya que las acciones están prohibidas con base en el Reglamento de Comercio vigente, aseguró Felipe de Jesús Cortes Espinoza, oficial mayor, quien comentó que las normas serán aplicadas sin distingo alguno.
“No es ninguna consigna contra los partidos políticos, sino simplemente hacer respetar lo que marcan las normas municipales y esperamos que se apeguen a la legalidad para que eviten multas y además el retiro del material que coloquen en estas áreas”, mencionó.
Indicó que la intención de las acciones es evitar la contaminación visual del centro de la ciudad, ya que en años anteriores los partidos políticos acostumbraban a realizar este tipo de hechos, pese a las restricciones que se encuentran señaladas en el Reglamento de Comercio.
“Los inspectores de Oficialía Mayor se encargarán de verificar las diferentes calles del primer cuadro de la ciudad para evitar que haya propaganda electoral, pero además en el resto de la infraestructura municipal, es decir, en postes de alumbrado público”.
Finalmente dijo que las mismas normas se han aplicado para el caso de otro tipo de eventos o giros comerciales por lo que no se puede considerar como una restricción exclusiva en contra de los partidos políticos para que no se hagan señalamientos en la posterioridad.
