-Juicios sucesorios y divorcios estarán al alcance de la población

Los notarios públicos ya podrán hacer trámites extrajudiciales para auxiliar a las personas en su economía familiar y evitar procesos largos y desgastantes. Los juicios sucesorios para definir la repartición de bienes muebles e inmuebles y los divorcios estarán al alcance de la población sin necesidad de acudir a un juzgado.
Sergio Flores Luna, notario público número 47 asentado en esta ciudad, informó que es un paso importante en la prestación de servicios para la población y además se le restará carga de trabajo a los juzgados. Las resoluciones en los trámites mencionados se darán lo más pronto posible y en el caso de los juicios sucesorios en un periodo máximo de 4 meses.
Comentó que el precio de los juicios sucesorios varía en las notarías públicas porque todo se basa en la cantidad de bienes que se puedan presentar en el momento de hacer la distribución de estos de manera legal y jurídica. Los costos van desde los 10 hasta los 35 mil pesos en promedio.
“Para el caso de ambos procesos es importante que todas las partes involucradas estén de acuerdo en llevar a cabo el proceso, porque en el caso de un divorcio no se podría realizar si hay alguna disconformidad o hijos de por medio; para los juicios sucesorios no procedería el trámite si alguno de las personas no está de acuerdo en que se de cumplimiento a la formalización de la distribución de bienes”, explicó.
Finalmente agregó que es importante que la población se acerque a solicitar más información con relación a los trámites mencionados, porque por desconocimiento acuden a realizar procesos que resultan cansados y que se podrían solucionar de una manera más rápida y sencilla en las notarías públicas de acuerdo a las facultades que tienen actualmente estas últimas.
