En el marco de la asamblea ordinaria y con motivo del Día del Trabajo, más de mil 500 trabajadores – en su mayoría mujeres- del sindicato “Mártires de Chicago” y otros afiliados a la Confederación de Trabajadores de México (CTM), dieron todo su apoyo al candidato del PRI a la presidencia municipal de Zamora, Dr. José Carlos Lugo Godínez.
En el Teatro Don Bosco de esta ciudad, recinto habilitado como sede del magno evento, estuvieron presentes obreros de al menos 15 empacadoras de Zamora, empleadas del comercio y profesionistas.
La bienvenida corrió a cargo de la líder gremial Marta Ramírez Bravo, y quien recibió también con una nutrida ovación a las candidatas Noemí Ramírez, a la Diputación Local y Rosy Álvarez de Márquez, a la Diputación Federal.
El secretario general de la CTM, Miguel Ángel López Mora, dijo ante el lleno total del Teatro Don Bosco, que es preciso que quede claro que la organización que representa apoya al candidato del PRI a la alcaldía Carlos Lugo, así como a las dos mujeres que contienden por los cargos legislativos local y federal.
“Históricamente hemos apoyado al PRI, somos una organización de este partido, y ahora vamos con todo para apoyar a Lugo Godínez, pues sabemos que es un buen hombre, de principios y valores que seguros estamos es la persona que Zamora necesita para salir del hoyo en el que la han tenido las administraciones panistas”, dijo el líder cetemista.
Al hacer uso de la palabra, Marta Ramírez habló de las bondades que también a lo largo de los años ha dejado en PRI cuando es gobierno. Dijo que si bien algunos gobiernos priistas han tenido desaciertos, son en la historia zamorana más beneficios los que han dejado con obras y servicios para los ciudadanos.
En su discurso, el doctor José Carlos Lugo se mostró emocionado y comprometido con las mujeres y hombres trabajadores, pues acotó que conoce muy bien a esa gente que es producto de su esfuerzo, del trabajo en equipo. Reconoció que Zamora y miles de personas les deben mucho a las y los miembros del sindicato y de la CTM.
“Por eso en este momento hago mi compromiso de trabajar de la mano por tener un Zamora que ahora si crezca, que reciba su gente beneficios reales. Yo soy de aquí, aquí vivo y vengo a hacer historia porque quiero hacer las cosas bien”, concluyó. (lg)
