Como carente de fundamentos y lograda a “billetazo” calificó Luis Felipe Villaseñor, presidente del Comité Municipal de Acción Nacional la decisión del tribunal electoral federal de invalidar la elección de este municipio.
De acuerdo al directivo partidista la decisión de los magistrados de declara inválido el resultado del proceso electoral de junio pasado fue tomada en base a argumentos mediante los que el Partdo Revolucionario Institucional concatenó eventos aislados para montar un escenario que, dijo, resultaba ilógico.
Cuestionado al seno de la rueda de prensa ofrecida este martes por la tarde, el también litigante señaló que se tomaron en consideración eventos aislados unos de otros para poder presentar “un juego de palabras que compraron los magistrados”.
Agregó que el Partido Acción Nacional prepara ya un recurso de revisión ante la Sala Superior del Tribunal Federal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación en la intención de que se ataque la decisión tomada por la sala regional.
En el marco del encuentro con los medios de comunicación Felipe Villaseñor señaló que fue Alfredo Anaya Gudiño, actual dipuitado federal quien a fuerza de recursos logró que se invalidara la decisión tomada por el Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Michoacán.
No dudó en calificar de Cacique y Patrón a Alfredo Anaya del que, dijo, durante más de 30 años a sometido políticamente a la región, agregó también que en concordancia con el Comité Ejecutivo Estatal y Nacional de Acción Nacional se dará la batalla en la defensa de lo que llamó una victoria incuestionable de su partido con cerca de 3 mil votos de diferencia del segundo lugar.
Anunció también la realización de marchas este miércoles y viernes en apoyo a quien hasta hace unas horas era alcalde electo de este municipio, justo sobre este tema, y al ser cuestionado sobre el particular dijo que en caso de la reposición de la elección, de no ser inhabilitado por la reforma electoral, Armando Tejeda sería nuevamente el candidato.
