A escasos días de haberse conformado la coalición de mercados municipales (COMMUN) ya comenzaron a obtener beneficios para los 870 agremiados de los 5 mercados de esta ciudad: Hidalgo, El Valle, El Carmen, Los Dolores y el Pasaje Comercial Morelos, esto porque lograron que el ayuntamiento les congele el pago de piso hasta que culmine la administración, así lo informó Federico Rico Tenorio, coordinador de la COMMUN.
Detalló “en lo que resta de administración ya no nos van a incrementar el pago de los arrendamientos de nuestros locales. Esa es una gran noticia que repercute en nuestra economía porque estamos pasando por una difícil situación”.
Agregó “sensibilizamos a las autoridades municipales para que también nos dieran una promoción del 10 por ciento del descuento en este pago de arrendamientos, siempre y cuando se liquide todo el año. Tenemos como fecha límite hasta el 31 de marzo”.
Recordó que el pago de arrendamiento del local bajo el concepto derecho de piso es un impuesto mensual “si alguien no puede aprovechar la promoción citada tendrá que pagar cada mes. Los pagos mensuales van de acuerdo al tamaño del local, en este momento la existencia es de 169 locales pequeños, 690 locales medianos y 800 locales grandes”.
Aseveró “anteriormente teníamos un conflicto porque cada año nos incrementaban de 10 a 15 por ciento dicho impuesto, según, debido a que estaba autorizado por el Congreso del Estado. Pero pienso que esta gente autoriza incrementos sin ton ni son, sin previamente darse una vuelta por nuestros espacios comerciales para que vean cual es la situación real que estamos viviendo. Lamentablemente no se reactiva la economía, el comercio está decaído, por lo que es una gran noticia que nos hayan congelado el impuesto”.
Añadió “apenas el año pasado estuvimos negociando con la actual administración que pretendía incrementarnos un 20 por ciento, pero tras varias reuniones en el mes de abril pasado logramos un acuerdo y solo nos incrementaron el 5 por ciento con la promesa de que iba ser durante todo lo que dura la administración, pero como hubo cambio de la oficial mayor que estaba en aquel tiempo, pues pretendían desconocer dicha negociación, sin embargo mediante el diálogo logramos sensibilizarlos y ya no habrá ningún incremento durante esta administración”.
Indicó que existe el compromiso por parte de las autoridades de que ahora si se les retribuya en obras dichos impuestos, “ya tuvimos un acercamiento con la presidenta Rosa Hilda Abascal, quien nos informó que harán un estudio donde oficialmente nos digan cuanto ingresa anualmente a las arcas municipales de dicho impuesto por mercado, en que se aplican los recursos y ver si les alcanza para hacerlo en obras prioritarias para dignificar nuestros espacios”.
Agregó “aún no tenemos un estimado de cuánto podría ser lo que está recabando el ayuntamiento por dicho impuesto. Espero que esto no se tarde porque me acaban de informar que hay nuevamente cambio de oficial mayor. Está al frente Felipe de Jesús Cortez Espinoza, espero que él dé continuidad a este compromiso”.
“Una vez que se tengan los resultados la intención es ya pensar en obras prioritarias. Aunque sabemos que esta administración va de salida, queremos que se hagan presentes en nuestros mercados, que dejen un sello personal, que no se vayan con pena, sino con gloria, que se lleven el reconocimiento de nuestros agremiados al ser gente de trabajo, este es nuestro patrimonio familiar, estamos luchando por dignificarlo y mostrar mejores mercados para la ciudadanía”, finalizó.
