El Gobierno Municipal Dr. David Melgoza Montañez, en conjunto con el Gobernador de Michoacán, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, dieron banderazo de arranque de la obra conservación y mantenimiento del tramo carretero en la localidad Gómez Farías – San Antonio en Tangancícuaro.

Por su parte el edil de Tangancícuaro Dr. David Melgoza Montañez agradeció al gobierno estatal ya que durante la campaña el presidente gestiono el mantenimiento de este camino al gobernante, reconoció el cumplimiento con el municipio y sus habitantes.
Cabe mencionar que este tramo carretero del Municipio de Tangancícuaro ha estado olvidado durante 20 y 30 años, los trabajos comenzaron por vía de la Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción (CMIC).
