Confusión en la alcaldía de Villamar por las fechas establecidas por la minuta del Congreso para la presentación del último informe de gobierno municipal ya que de acu8erdo a Pedro Magaña, Secretario del Ayuntamiento, el documento del legislativo establece la segunda quincena del mes de julio para cumplir este ordenamiento.
De manera tentativa el municipio de Villamar habría programado su informe de gobierno para el próximo viernes 31 de julio sin embargo es de destacar que varias alcaldías han programado este acto para la primer quincena del mes de agosto.
Sin embargo, de acuerdo al funcionario, la decisión del municipio de realizar el informe en el mes de julio se sustenta en la minuta de modificación a la Ley Orgánica Municipal en el capítulo referente a las atribuciones del presidente municipal en cuyo texto modificado se señala que la rendición de informes deberá darse en la segunda quincena del mes de junio salvo el último año que deberá rendirse en la última quincena del mes de julio.
En el entendido de que es este el último año de la actual administración, dijo, Cabildo determinó presentar su informe de acuerdo a la minuta recibida por parte del Congreso.
Es de destacar que en el referido documento se inserta el primer artículo transitorio en el que se aclara que por esta única ocasión los informes de gobierno deberán rendirse en el mes de agosto.
Ante la duda sobre las interpretaciones del texto, Pedro Magaña señaló que recurrirán a un jurista en la intención de evitar incurrir en desacato y que esto pudiera generar responsabilidades de cualquier orden a la actual administración.
