La Liga Zamorana de Beisbol invita a los aficionados del rey de los deportes a vivir una experiencia de lujo. A las 11:00 horas de mañana sábado, un combinado de la liga recibirá la visita de Petroleros de Salamanca, ambas novenas realizarán dos duelos de la categoría Veteranos.
Asimismo, el domingo se llevará a cabo el tradicional Juego de Estrellas a las 12:00 horas, eventos a desarrollarse en el Diamante de Beisbol “Francisco González Ibarra”, de la Unidad Deportiva “El Chamizal” de Zamora, anunció el presidente de la liga, Tacho Puga.
La tradición de la Liga Zamorana de Beisbol reza que a medio camino del torneo en desarrollo se realicen, además del Juego de Estrellas, también las pruebas de campo, las cuales consisten en Tiro de jardín central a home; Tiro de cátcher a segunda base y Mejor corredor de bases, premiándose a los ganadores de cada una de las pruebas.
Por otra parte, la afición regional se quedó sin saborear la emoción de la Fecha 7 del Torneo Regional de Beisbol “Estanislao Bueno Salomón y Miguel Zavala”, debido a que la jornada se canceló por el mal temporal, ya que durante este torneo el nivel de juego ha sido satisfactorio y las posiciones están reñidas debido a que a las novenas les cuesta obtener el triunfo y quienes lo logran, es a través de pizarras muy cerradas.
Afortunadamente el Rol de Juegos de la Fecha 7, se retomará el domingo 29 de marzo. En “El Chamizal” a las 13:00 horas, Torpedos de Zamora vs Águilas Reales de Churintzio. En Jacona a la una de la tarde, Rojos recibe a Atecucario. En La Piedad a las 14:30 horas, Diamantes vs Cardenales de Ario.
