A través de intensos duelos realizados el pasado fin de semana, algunos equipos se dieron a la tarea de lapidar sin compasión a sus enemigos en turno, cerrando con vigor la Jornada 6 del Torneo de Copa de la Liga Zamorana de Basquetbol.
En la categoría Intermedia, Guerreros y Tahúres se trabaron completamente en el último parcial, los dos cuadros se batieron en intensa batalla, donde la pizarra se modificaba distribuyendo la puntuación equitativamente, hasta que el silbatazo final llegó para cerrar con triunfo para Guerreros con marcador global de 37-35.
También, otro duelo cerrado desarrollaron las escuadras de Ecuandureo y Cherpires, quienes realizaron su mejor esfuerzo para ganar; sin embargo, al concluir la lid el triunfo le correspondió a los primeros antes señalados por 43 tantos a 32.
Los integrantes de ambos quintetos arrancaron con ganas de alcanzar la victoria, correspondiéndole el honor a Bachilleres ganar 44-37 al Centro de Hemodiálisis. Los insurrectos de la 20 de Noviembre cayeron estrepitosamente ante Jacona con abultado marcador de 45-22.
Dentro de la categoría de Primera Fuerza Varonil, Ecuandureo recibió un doloroso descalabro por parte de los escolapios de Bachilleres, debido a que los preparatorianos los hicieron a su modo en los últimos instantes del partido y finalmente caer sometidos ante los escolapios con marcador de 44-38.
En juegos correspondientes a la rama Femenil, las damas del Deportivo Carácuaro fueron muy superiores a sus enemigas de Sparks, a quienes derrotaron con abultado marcador de 44-22. Las integrantes de Cometas se ensañaron alevosamente con sus contendientes del Equipo Sin Nombre, a quienes derrotaron con marcador de 66 a 23.
