Las próximas administraciones deben atender el problema

“En el saneamiento y una equitativa distribución del recurso hídrico deben centrarse las próximas administraciones de los 13 municipios que abarca la Cuenca de El Duero, dado que las principales problemáticas que se han detectado en esta Cuenca son contaminación y el mal reparto del agua», señaló José Luis Duarte Aranda, gerente operativo de la Cuenca Duero.
Señaló “para ello las nuevas autoridades deben tener claras sus necesidades y alcances. Ver qué es lo que necesitan, cuánto necesitan y después de eso tener una planeación con especialistas en la materia. Muchas veces los titulares de los organismos operadores del sistema de agua no acuden a los especialistas y se meten en cada berenjenal, y ya cuando nos queremos acercar a los especialistas, se nos acabó el tiempo”.
En ese sentido dijo “afortunadamente hay excepciones, quiero precisar por ejemplo que el Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Tangancícuaro, la gestión del titular a su cargo ha sido muy constante y oportuna, sí se ha acercado a los especialistas”.
Dijo “en este cambio de estafetas en los organismos operadores de la administración estatal y municipal, en todas las regiones del país, generalmente en muchas de las ocasiones influyen los criterios personales de cada uno de los funcionarios. En este caso creo que debemos dejar atrás todos estos criterios egoístas y personalizados, para centrarnos en lo que realmente es un criterio uniforme y sustentable de la cuenca”.
Añadió “apelamos a una buena voluntad de las autoridades entrantes para que conjuntamente se analicen los problemas antes citados de contaminación y la mala distribución del agua en los diferentes usos para que busquen cuáles son las alternativas de solución, afortunadamente las hay, todavía podemos hacer algo por esta cuenca”.
Agregó “por lo que tanto los titulares de los organismos operadores y las autoridades municipales se deben coordinar sin egoísmos, sin divisiones de cualquier tipo para centrarnos en un beneficio colectivo, muchas veces hacerlo fuera de nuestro municipio, pero tenemos que hacerlo porque la naturaleza no respeta divisiones políticas, la naturaleza tiene una división fisiográfica o de otros entornos y eso es lo que tenemos que buscar, de otra manera vamos a estar en contra de los ordenamientos y eso nos va a ocasionar problemas”.
Cabe señalar que los municipios que conforman la Cuenca son: Tlazazalca, Purépero, Jacona, Zamora, Ixtlán, Pajacuarán, Chavinda, Santiago Tangamandapio, Venustiano Carranza, Vista Hermosa, Chilchota, Tangancícuaro y Briseñas.
