Al menos medio centenar de trabajadores del municipio de Jiquilpan fueron cesados de sus empleos en el marco de los relevos en la alcaldía de Jiquilpan lo que ocasionó que los ex trabajadores recurrieran a los servicios de un profesional del derecho.
De acuerdo Milto Hernández Alonzo, representante de los trabajadores despedidos, la mañana de este jueves los trabajadores fueron citados para avisarles que estaban despedidos y que no se presentaran más a trabajar, de acuerdo a Hernández Alonzo, se trataba de trabajadores con militancia perredista que ocupaban puestos de auxiliares y eventuales durante la administración anterior.
“No sé si sus asesores jurídicos desconocen la ley laboral o de plano vienen en un plan intimidador violando los derechos humanos de los trabajadores, lo correcto es mandar a llamar a cada uno y negociar la liquidación de cada uno de ellos, pagandoles su liquidación pues son trabajadores, la constitución les otorgan derechos laborales. Para estos empleados municipales el hecho de haber cambio de un gobierno por otro, no implica nada sigue firme la relación laboral aunque haya habido la sustitución patronal”.
De acuerdo al litigantes los trabajadores estos deben seguir trabajando normalmente, pero si la parte patronal desea despedirlos, deberá pagar tres meses de sueldo, prima de antigüedad equivalente a 12 días por año, aguinaldo proporcional, vacaciones, prima vacacional y otros derechos.
“El dia de mañana (viernes) el equipo jurídico del PRD de Jiquilpan buscaremos al Presidente municipal Clemente Cobarruvias, para llegar a aun acuerdo, caso contrario se presentaran las demandas masivas ante los tribunales laborales y ante la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos por la violación de los derechos de los trabajadores.
