-Iniciarán proceso de investigación por hartazgo ciudadano, resultados estarán semana entrante
-Instalarán módulo en Presidencia Municipal para recibir quejas y testimonios ciudadanos

Autoridades municipales y de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado la tarde de ayer captaron quejas de los ciudadanos por abusos cometidos por elementos de Fuerza Ciudadana, y en especial por lo ocurrido el sábado pasado. A partir de esta semana iniciará un proceso de investigación, derivado del hartazgo ciudadano hacia el proceder de los elementos policíacos, los resultados serán dados a conocer la semana entrante.
Para recabar las quejas y testimonios de la población será instalado un módulo de la Comisión de Procesos Internos de la dependencia estatal, en el que las autoridades también estarán abiertas a aceptar videos como evidencias en contra de los elementos, ya que se respetará la confidencialidad de las personas.
“Vamos a actuar de manera contundente aunque sea necesario hacer remociones, fincar responsabilidades penales, emitir recomendaciones y mejorar las áreas de seguridad. Los elementos tienen la consigna de respetar ese derecho humano a la seguridad pública, pero sabemos que en este momento no está de nuestro lado el ánimo y la confianza de la población”, puntualizó Salvador Sánchez Suárez, director de asuntos jurídicos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado, en el marco de una reunión en sala de Cabildo que sostuvo con autoridades municipales y zamoranos que exigieron la renuncia de José Luis Caraveo Basaldúa como director de Fuerza Ciudadana.
Pidió que también las denuncias se presenten en la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos, la Subprocuraduría Regional de Justicia del Estado y la Unidad de Control y Evaluación de Seguridad Pública, para que por ninguna circunstancia queden impunes los actos cometidos por los elementos acusados por los ciudadanos.
En la reunión, los inconformes presentaron 2 videos en los que se constata el presunto abuso por parte de los policías municipales, los cuales fueron revisados por Salvador Sánchez Suárez. Acto seguido pidió una copia para llevarlos y utilizarlos como parte del proceso de investigación.
Otra de las quejas que recibió el funcionario estatal estuvieron relacionadas con el cobro de 3 mil a 3 mil 500 pesos por sacar a los detenidos del área de barandilla y recibió testimonios de la población en donde supuestamente los policías acusan al Director, Caraveo Basaldúa, de pedirles una cuota de hasta 300 mil pesos por semana para que se les pudiese pagar la nómina, sin contar la cantidad de quejas por abusos en operativos, rondines y la aplicación del alcoholímetro.
Por su parte la alcaldesa, Rosa Hilda Abascal Rodríguez, puntualizó que la situación ya es muy fuerte y como consecuencia está el hartazgo de la población que había transmitido al director José Luis Caraveo, al gobernador Salvador Jara y a la instancia de Seguridad Pública, sin respuesta alguna hasta la fecha.
“Mi compromiso es con los zamoranos, los represento y le daré seguimiento a lo que ellos necesiten, porque si bien no es mi responsabilidad directa, si puedo hacer la recepción de quejas para canalizarlas a las instancias respectivas”, subrayó.
Es importante mencionar que durante la mañana de ayer, también hubo una manifestación de 300 personas durante el Miércoles Ciudadano, quienes pidieron resultados sobre el abuso cometido en contra de jóvenes avecindados en La Pradera y de los que uno perdió una pierna como consecuencia de un disparo de arma de fuego.
