En la Casa de Enlace de la diputación federal del 05 distrito instalada en esta ciudad se iniciará en los próximos días una campaña de asesoría y gestión jurídica, la cual va dirigida a las personas de escasos recursos económicos de esta región.
Anunció la Lic. Carolina Hernández Ortiz, quien en días pasados tomó el lugar de Adriana Hernández Iñiguez, diputada federal por el 05 distrito con cabecera en Zamora quien pidió licencia.
Informó que esta campaña iniciará el 1 y concluirá el 15 de abril próximo y la gente interesada podrá acudir a las instalaciones de la Casa de Enlace ubicadas en la calle Corregidora (entre Madero y Morelos) en el centro de la ciudad.
Detalló que en ese lugar atenderán problemáticas de aclaración y rectificación de actas nacimiento, matrimonio, defunción; asuntos relacionados con divorcios voluntarios; dificultades para cobrar pensiones alimenticias sujetas a los acuerdos de las partes y en general asesorías a personas con cualquier problemática o incertidumbre jurídica.
Hernández Ortiz sostuvo que la Casa de Enlace se compromete a gestionar los trámites o procedimientos judiciales no contenciosos, sin costo de honorarios alguno, en tanto las partes interesadas cubrirán los gastos de inscripción de resoluciones, cobro de actas y de gastos de trámite.
La también directora de UNIVER plantel II mencionó que los horarios de atención serán de 10:00 a 13:30 horas y de 17:00 a 19:00 horas del día, de lunes a viernes, “los interesados deberán acudir con documentos relacionados a las oficinas de la Casa de Enlace”. (ch)
