-El alma del festival es la presentación de un libro con 33 cuentos elaborados por niños

El 8 y 9 de agosto en la plaza principal se llevará a cabo la segunda edición del festival «Leer es crear», que incluye talleres diversos, así como presentaciones artísticas y culturales. El alma de este festival será la presentación de un libro que lleva el mismo nombre del festival, que reúne 33 cuentos elaborados por el mismo número de infantes.
Lo anterior trascendió en rueda de prensa celebrada en cabildo, encabezada por Rafael Garcilaso Cupa, José Luis Murillo Mora, director y regidor de cultura, respectivamente; así como Nancy Alcalá Martinez, Rocío González y Fernanda Ríos, representantes del proyecto leer es crear.
El proyecto «leer es crear» será auspiciado por el Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (CONACULTA) y la Secretaria de Cultura de Michoacán (SECUM), mismo que se impulsó a través de la convocatoria denominada cultura para la armonía.
Incluyó la realización de un taller previo al festival de literatura, escritura y sobre la creación de un cuento, que se impartió durante un lapso de cuatro meses en el Centro Cultural en la Casa de Cultura y en el Centro Cultural El Aserradero, mismo que se desarrolló los miércoles de 5 a 6 pm y los jueves de 5 a 7, con el que logró la cristalización del libro antes citado.
En este libro se contó con la participación de Laura Emilia reconocida escritora de cuentos infantiles, lo que motivo aún más a los pequeños, «la lectura es algo muy importante, porque creemos que es una compañera estupenda para los niños. Leer no debe ser un acto obligatorio» indicó una de las titulares del proyecto.
Cabe señalar que el proyecto incluye tres etapas «leer invitar», en donde se convocó a los niños de las instituciones a participar, «leer es crear», donde los niños elaboraron su cuento durante el taller y «leer es compartir», donde darán a conocer su cuento durante el festival.
Durante el festival se llevarán a cabo 4 talleres gratuitos para el público en general cada uno de ellos durará una hora y tienen una capacidad de 30 personas por taller, cómo hacer un títere, realización de máscaras, elaboración de disfraces y un taller de cuento, así como cuatro mesas de lectura y diversas presentaciones desde cuenta cuentos, teatro en bici, columpio colectivo de arte y baile, una relación entre la música de orquesta y la danza, además de que retoman las diferentes artes.
Murillo Mora señaló “el fomentar la lectura en los niños hace que su vocabulario se enriquezca. A través del taller a los niños se les inculca el gusto por la lectura con atractivos para dicho sector».
Añadió «la importancia de la lectura es que mejora las relaciones sociales y sobre todo que no abre la mente para podernos comunicar mejor. Los niños que escriben un cuento tienen mejor panorama que el resto de sus compañeros», finalizó.
