Se amplía el espectro de campesinos que pudieran ser apoyados con activos productivos pese a que originalmente el programa contemplaba solo a ejidatarios en estado de marginación dijo Francisco Javier Sánchez Cárdenas jefe de Centro de Apoyo al Desarrollo Rural en Venustiano Carranza.
Se trata, dijo de un incentivo dentro del esquema denominado agroincentivos que constad e paquetes tecnológicos en zonas marginadas: “Pero en esta ocasión estamos recibiendo solicitudes de los productores de todo el distrito y todos los tipos de zonas que podrían ser desde marginadas y hasta zonas de riego”.
Es de destacar que en este tipo de incentivos se puede apoyar a cada productor en lo individual desde 1 y hasta las 20 hectáreas con mil 250 pesos vía paquetes tecnológicos que incluyen insumos para la producción”.
Es de señalar que de acuerdo a Sánchez Cárdenas no existe un límite en cuanto a las hectáreas que pudieran ser susceptibles de este apoyo lo que sí se ha establecido es el límite de 20 hectáreas por productor siempre y cuando no reciba beneficios de otros programas de apoyo que se desarrollan de manera paralela.
Es de destacar que, originalmente este programa se desarrolló en la intención de que ejidos ubicados geográficamente en zonas con desventajas en cuanto a la calidad de la tierra y del agua pudieran tener cierta competitividad con las zonas de riego consideradas como las de mayor rentabilidad sin embargo este año el esquema mutó para extenderse a zonas que, de acuerdo al grado de marginalidad, no son consideradas como prioritarias.
