Iniciaron los preparativos para llevar a cabo el proceso de entrega – recepción del Ayuntamiento. El proceso será consumado en los primeros 15 días del mes de septiembre en el que serán entregadas cuentas claras a los servidores públicos entrantes.
Un total de 70 funcionarios municipales recibirán capacitación para llevar a cabo el trámite, ya que deberán hacer el llenado de formatos, seguir los procesos de ley marcados por la Auditoría Superior de Michoacán y entregar un inventario de los bienes muebles que tienen en sus áreas de trabajo.
“Hay un comité encabezado por la alcaldesa Rosa Hilda Abascal Rodríguez que nos permitirá dar transparencia al proceso porque vamos a entregar buenos resultados a quienes nos precedan en el cargo a partir del mes de septiembre”, puntualizó Miguel Zamora Verduzco, contralor municipal.
Aseguró que el comité también está constituido por Carlos Soto Delgado, síndico municipal, César Vargas Molina, tesorero municipal y Francisco Méndez y García, director del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Zamora (SAPAZ), que también coadyuvarán en esas labores.
Indicó que a lo largo del proceso harán dos cortes de información para que la información sea captada en forma ordenada y que de esa manera se eviten observaciones por parte de la Auditoría Superior de Michoacán en la que se responsabilice a los servidores públicos.
“Tenemos un periodo prudente para llevar a cabo este trabajo y trataremos de cumplir con los requerimientos establecidos por los órganos competentes para que el proceso sea transparente, con base en la política con que nos hemos conducido en esta administración”, concluyó.
