-Dicen ser personal de SEDATU y engañan al cobrar hasta 5 mil pesos

Estafadores se hacen pasar por personal de la Secretaria de Desarrollo Agrario Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU) para engañar a la gente respecto al tema de vivienda “a bajo costo”, solicitando a los incautos hasta 5 mil pesos por el supuesto tramite.
Alfredo Fernández Peri, delegado de la SEDATU, alerto a la población a no dejarse engañar. Así lo expresó recientemente en una de sus visitas a esta ciudad donde entregó junto con el alcalde, Rubén Cabrera Ramírez, la llave de 8 casas al mismo número de familias beneficiadas.
“De acuerdo a testimonios de presidentes municipales de la entidad, nos han comentado que la población se ha quejado que ha llegado gente a sus casas a ofrecerles vivienda y les piden dinero, con el argumento que ya tienen las acciones autorizadas por México, cuando no es así”.
Agregó, “por tanto quiero decirle a la población que no se deje sorprender. El único medio para poder obtener vivienda es por conducto de la presidencia municipal o de la SEDATU. Cualquier cosa se pueden comunicar al teléfono 5528887346 para aclarar toda duda o acudir con el alcalde, pero lo importante es no dar dinero absolutamente a nadie, porque eso es una farsa, un fraude”.
Indicó que se tomaran acciones legales contra las personas estafadoras que se les sorprenda engañando a la gente, “ya tenemos unos recibos que nos va a proporcionar el alcalde de Jacona para presentar las denuncias correspondientes ante el ministerio público”.
“Además de Jacona, en los municipios de Pátzcuaro y Morelia, es donde sabemos existe la problemática. Por lo que estaremos tomando acciones legales. Es necesario frenar esta situación para que la gente no se deje sorprender y podamos parar a este tipo de delincuentes”, resaltó.
Agregó que hasta el momento no hay detenidos por esta situación, “estamos presentando las denuncias contra quien resulte responsable. Hay algunos documentos (copia de los recibos) que nos va a proporcionar el alcalde. Lógico, los recibos no traen nombre. Por lo que es difícil dar con el paradero de estos delincuentes, pero vamos a tratar de detectar quiénes son y tengan la plena seguridad que llegaremos hasta las últimas consecuencias contra quien resulte responsable”.
Los fraudes ascienden de 4 mil a 5 mil pesos. No obstante dijo, “el monto es lo de menos, aunque fueran 100 o 200 pesos, la gente con mucho esfuerzo se gana su salario y que venga alguien y se los arrebate como si nada, da coraje y más aún cuando el objetivo de estos delincuentes es la gente vulnerable, que anda incluso viendo la manera de cómo conseguir el dinero para hacerse de su supuesta casita”.
“Por ello exhorto a los ciudadanos que antes de entregar un dinero se comuniquen al teléfono ya citado o a la presidencia municipal para poder actuar en consecuencia y detener a estas personas”, subrayó.
Dejó en claro que por el momento no hay gente de la SEDATU trabajando en campo para realizar trámites de vivienda, “puede haber gente verificando acciones debidamente acreditadas, pueden ser tanto de FONAPO México o de la delegación de la SEDATU, pero se tienen que identificar y no tienen porque pedir un solo peso, únicamente verificar la acción de vivienda. Si está la casa hecha, si está de acuerdo a la normatividad y únicamente. No tienen que pedirles ni siquiera un vaso de agua”.
Cabrera Ramírez expresó “recordemos que en el mes de Septiembre realizamos una rueda de prensa alertando a ciudadanos a no dejarse extorsionar”, y es que lamentó que alguien a su nombre, a través de llamadas telefónicas, solicita dinero para estafar a la gente.
“Por ello queremos pedirle a la población que se cercioren directamente en el ayuntamiento o en la delegación de Sedatu. O bien en caso de una posible extorción, llamen a la policía Michoacán al 5161218 para que denuncien”, concluyó.
