De inoperante calificaron transportistas de esta ciudad al Consejo Técnico Municipal del Transporte, toda vez que dicho órgano ha sesionado sólo una vez y desde entonces las reuniones programadas se han postergado.
En entrevistas por separado dirigentes del sitio 21 de Mayo, y Enlaces Michoacanos externaron que desde su instalación este comité, que en teoría sería un filtro para solucionar los conflictos derivados del transporte público sin la intervención obligatoria de la Comisión Coordinadora de Transporte, no ha realizado una sesión formal debido a lo difícil de empatar agendas entre los integrantes de este organismo.
De hecho, indicó Evaristo Roque, representante de Enlaces Michoacanos en este consejo, no hay ni siquiera un conducto de información oficial entre los integrantes ya que las reuniones se programan y se cancelan en base a “rumores” estos es, no se cita mediante oficio a los integrantes de este comité.
Por su parte, trabajadores del volante han señalado que en vista del nulo avance en los trabajos de este comité resulta poco creíble que esta instancia pueda resolver los añejos problemas existentes en materia transportista de esta ciudad.
Otro de los problemas para que opere de manera regular este organismo es el hecho de que en su vida interna las agrupaciones guardan conflictos entre sí como el caso del Sitio Zaragoza en el que una parte de sus integrantes ha desconocido a Jaime Johnson Flores como su dirigente y ha nombrado a otro y la organización pretende tener dos representantes ante este comité lo que no ha sido aceptado por el resto.
