Jacona, Mich.- 7 de noviembre de 2014.- Nueve autodefensas «pirata», que operaban en este municipio de Jacona, fueron detenidos por el personal de la Procuraduría de Michoacán y de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública, señalados de delitos contra la salud, en su modalidad de narcomenudeo, instante en que les fue asegurado diverso armamento, narcóticos y nueve vehículos, cuatro de ellos robados, informó el propio abogado de la entidad, José Martín Godoy Castro, quien añadió que estas personas además están implicadas en una indagatoria por secuestro y otra por extorsión.
El funcionario explicó que la captura de los ahora imputados se derivó de una denuncia ciudadana y agregó que los hoy investigados son Marco Antonio «G», Raymundo «C», Manuel «A», Sebastián «C», Abelardo «A», Alberto «L», Francisco Javier «M», Sebastián «F» y Adrián Alejandro «C»; todos ellos con domicilio en esta ciudad.
Godoy Castro puntualizó que a los inculpados les fueron aseguradas 11 armas de fuego de diferentes calibres, dos kilos 700 gramos de marihuana, 60 gramos de metanfetaminas y nueve automotores, cuatro con reporte de robo.
Por lo anterior, dijo el procurador, los nueve aprehendidos fueron remitidos ante la Procuraduría General de la República y con ellos suman 18 detenidos en esta urbe, los primeros nueve capturados el pasado miércoles 5, quienes eran falsos policías rurales, relacionados en el homicidio a balazos de cuatro campesinos del poblado de El Tepehuaje, en Chavinda, que fueron ultimados el sábado 1 del presente mes, en la demarcación de Ixtlán, según dio a conocer en su momento la misma PGJ.
