-Personal de salud acusa “favoritismo”, “amiguismo”, “compadrazgo” y hasta “amantes”

Trabajadores del ISSSTE denunciaron arbitrariedades y corrupción en la aplicación de la vacuna para contrarrestar el COVID-19, por lo que conminaron a los trabajadores de salud a interponer una queja al órgano interno de control de la institución, a derechos humanos y a la función pública, así como al presidente de la República.
Lamentaron que en la aplicación de esta hubo “favoritismo”, “amiguismo”, “compadrazgo” y hasta preferencia a las “amantes”, “supuestamente la vacuna se tiene que aplicar en una primera etapa a personal de primera línea que tienen contacto con pacientes COVID, como son médicos, enfermeras y posteriormente a personal restante de las diversas áreas de servicio”.
Por temor a represalias los quejosos prefirieron omitir sus nombres quienes señalaron que hubo manipulación del listado de personal, “se modificaron las áreas y servicios para los cuales laboran algunos trabajadores en su beneficio, haciéndolos pasar por médicos, enfermeras, personal de limpieza, etcétera”.
Indicaron que dicho listado “manipulado” fue proporcionado por parte del director Eduardo Rosales Montes; el titular de recursos humanos, Fernando Fernández y la jefa de enfermeras, Libia Pahuamba Gembe, a quienes responsabilizaron “por corrupción y fraude”, dijeron.
Detallaron que el instituto cuenta con una plantilla de 265 trabajadores, sin embargo, llegaron 250 vacunas, “si las hubiesen aplicado sin manipulación quedarían 15 trabajadores en espera de su primera dosis, sin embargo, quedamos 50 pendientes”.
Lo anterior significa, agregaron, que aplicaron a personal que ya está pensionado, que fueron destituidos de su cargo hace más de 2 años; así como al personal que prestó su servicio social y que ya no labora en la institución.
“Incluso se vacunó a la secretaria del director, quien es suplente y realiza funciones administrativas y en la citada lista aparece como enfermera”, argumentaron molestos.
Indicaron que, para apaciguar sus ánimos, a los que aún están pendientes, les dijeron que les aplicaran su primera dosis antes del 22 de enero.
“Estamos con mucha incertidumbre, los contagios siguen en aumento, se trata de nuestra vida y la de nuestras familias, este tipo de situaciones no deben estar ocurriendo, exigimos que ya nos vacunen”, finalizaron.
