Personal del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil (CENDI) de Michoacán realizó una marcha de protesta por las principales calles de la ciudad debido a que, dicen, desde hace cuatro años ya no fluye presupuesto hacia ellos, el personal tiene diez meses sin recibir su salario y 200 infantes no cuentan con el apoyo de desayuno escolar.
Bajo la consigna “Al que no sabe, cualquiera lo engaña, al que no tiene, cualquiera lo compra”, integrantes del CENDI dejaron ver su malestar hasta llegar a las puertas de la presidencia municipal.
María Teresa Mora Cobarrubias, directora del CENDI, añadió que a los niños bajo el resguardo de este programa ofrecen al día dos alimentos y una colación, pero por las condiciones que los mantiene “ahorcados económicamente”, ya no les es posible darles este beneficio a los infantes, ni continuar con los servicios básicos; por lo que suspendieron labores desde el pasado martes.
“Se están viendo afectados 200 infantes, de 180 familias, así como 43 colaboradores”, señaló. Detalló que los recursos reclamados desde hace cuatro año fueron etiquetados por el gobierno federal al estatal, sin embargo el mismo no ha bajado y está detenido por Hacienda y la Secretaria de Educación Pública.
“Se supone que dieron 700 millones a nivel nacional para solventar las necesidades de educación inicial, no obstante este recurso no ha sido entrega
do a nuestro proyecto, que es CENDI Michoacán, somos una AC y el problema continúa”.
Dijo que no ha habido una solución del gobierno federal, que no se ha interesado por darle prioridad a los problemáticas económicas de este proyecto educativo de calidad.
En este sentido aseveró que el proyecto CENDI Michoacán cuenta con 12 instituciones en el estado en 9 municipios, con equipos multidisciplinarios (medico, nutriólogo, psicólogo, trabajador social y pedagogos), “todos los trabajadores hacemos nuestras labores con calidad y ofrecemos un servicio completo y digno y no es justo que desde el año 2009 no nos entreguen el presupuesto”.
Puntualizó que el pasado martes tuvieron una reunión con el secretario general de gobierno de Michoacán, Jesús Reyna García, y con personal de la SEE en la ciudad de Morelia, “vamos a formar equipo con la finalidad de que el recurso se baje y la problemática termine, pero no nos han dado respuesta”.
Esta situación fue expuesta a la alcaldesa, Rosa Hilda Abascal Rodríguez, cuando arribaron al ayuntamiento, donde la munícipe se comunicó con Reginaldo Sandoval Flores, diputado local, integrante del PT y responsable de bajar los recursos del proyecto creado por él en la entidad, así como con personal de la SHyCP para gestionar la liberación de los recursos, además de la petición de la intervención del DIF estatal y autoridades educativas para que se cuenten con los elementos necesarios y puedan reabrir el CENDI en Zamora.
